Scripture: John 13:12-17
Description: At the Last Supper, Jesus gave his disciples what he called a “new command.” He said that we should love one another – which wasn’t the new part. What was new was that he added “as I have loved you.” When we see the context in which Jesus gave this now familiar command, we see how revolutionary it truly is.

Description: The empty tomb of Easter was the first visible sign of Jesus’ victory over sin and death, as well as a signpost pointing to the new creation that is coming. But this is not just an idea we are called to think about, agree with, and persuade others to believe. Jesus gave us very tangible things we can do to experience it.
