Sermon: Through Abandonment
Scripture: Matthew 26:36–46, Luke 23:33–34
Sermon Description: This Lent, we have been exploring the ways in which God is faithful to accompany and lead us through the most critical moments in life. We conclude with a stark example: Jesus is completely abandoned or betrayed by everyone around him in his moment of greatest need. But through his unwavering faith in God, Jesus goes to the cross with words of forgiveness on his lips.
